The Pinpoint Process
We want to get to know you first. Can you blame us? The goal of our discovery process is to get a 360˚ view of your operation, so know how to best help you as we move forward. We’ll meet with your marketing team, review your existing websites and content, audience, customers, and all other relevant data. We’ll also look at your industry as a whole, including your competitors. Then, we’ll learn about your goals and what kind of return you want from a website.
After discovery, we’ll hit the drawing board.All of our work will be tailored to your specific goals and objectives, ensuring that you get the best return on your investment possible. We’ll start by building some interface layouts for various pages on your website - the homepage, subpages, etc. Then, we’ll do it a couple more times, so that you have a variety of visions to consider. Once we feel confident in our designs, we’ll mock them up for you, so you can see what they’d look like on a desktop computer, smartphones and tablets.
After you choose the design that works best for you, we’ll start actually building the website. Our developers use HTML, CSS and Javascript, and utilize the agile method so that you can truly see progress being made throughout the process. Once the prototype is built, we’ll share it with you and your team. We’ll also start testing it immediately, working hand-in-hand with our SEO team to ensure that your website ranks as high as possible in Google Search from the moment we launch.

Mark Livings is a seasoned IT executive with a strong strategy and technical orientation. He demonstrated global expertise in strategy and operations. Mark has been involved with several successful startups in the Financial Services, IT Services, and Child Adoption, and Digital Marketing industries. Mark has been on the executive team responsible for the successful IPO of a Global Consulting organization. Mark is an adoptive father of two boys.
Mark's prior experience includes serving as CIO/CTO for PMSI responsible for PMSI's Worker Comp systems; Vice President, E-Business for Tech Data, responsible for executing Tech Data's e-business strategy; Vice President of Cash Access at Fidelity National Information Services; Vice President of Global Information Systems at ASAP Software/License Technologies Group; Chief Information and Technology Officer for Kanbay, a global IT services firm; and other IT positions at CitiCorp, Sara Lee Corporation, and The Quaker Oats Company.

My name is Dhivakar Kumar, I went to college for Engineering, where I graduated with a Bachelor’s in Engineering with a concentration in Computer Science. After graduation, I started working as an SEO analyst in various industries ranging from automotive to real estate. The one thing I really enjoy about digital marketing is that it’s an ever-changing field, and new techniques and updates are popping up daily.
When I joined CAIRS, everything seemed to click. I enjoyed being able to work with some new tools and have really loved getting to know my team members. In digital marketing, our ads are live all day long. This means I’m constantly checking the performance of the ads.
My day usually starts with checking performance from the previous day - looking for things like the number of clicks, conversions and cost spend. During this “audit,” I’ll make note of low-performing accounts and make appropriate changes to those ads.
I’ll also create reports for future meetings, analyze the competitor’s moments and create new strategies for the accounts we manage. And as I mentioned earlier, I’m always staying on top of new techniques and updates provided by Google.
